The Dragon Lighter is very user friendly. Once you recieve your lighter, refill it with butane via the refill port located on the underside. After it has been refilled, it's ready to use! To adjust the flame, there is a dial also on the underside. Use a small screwdriver to turn the dial towards + or - to make the flame bigger or smaller.
