Refund / Return Policy
Our products are packaged to directly prevent damaging throughout the delivery process, however only in the off-chance a product is damaged before delivery completion or defective upon arrival, you are subject to request a refund within 15 days of receiving your Lyterz merchandise. Orders that have already been shipped can not be cancelled. We will request image and or video proof of any damage or defectiveness if a return is requested. Upon validation of a return, we will issue a prepaid shipping label for your item to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Upon receiving your return, your refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
