Q: How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

A: All items are scheduled to complete processing within 1-4 business days after placing an order given our facilities are up to date. Then, the product(s) should be shipped and totally delivered roughly 2-3 weeks after processing. All Domestic small item orders ship free while International order rates are $2.95.

Q: Are the lighters refillable for when they run out?

A: Yes, absolutely! All you will need to do is to refill the lighters with butane usually from the bottom of the device, wait a minute or two for the gasses to stabilize, and you're good to go!

Q: Are there actually colored flames?

A: Yes! If a product is advertised or listed as having a certain color flame, the flame will actually be that color! Our most common colored flames consist of blue, green, and pink! Please note that the color on some of the colored flame lighters are somewhat temporary after use over time. 

Q: Why are there different products than last time I was on the store?

A: Due to today's ever-changing market with new trending products being circulated each day, we update our catalog to contain the market's top selling products.

Q: Where can I find more pictures or images of the products?

A: We market this website and brand through our social media pages. We currently use Instagram and TikTok, where our handle is @lyterzshop on both platforms!

Q: My product isn't working, is it broken? 

A: No! This does not mean that your product is broken. We do not ship our lighters, torches, or matches with any flammable fluids in accordance with US shipping regulations, meaning you will need to fill up your lighter before using it.
